You give so much of yourself every day... to your kids, your work, your home, and everyone who relies on you. This experience is designed to help you put some of that weight down.
Most moms don’t feel overwhelmed because they’re doing something wrong. They feel overwhelmed because they’re carrying everything - the schedules, the decisions, the emotional weight of the household, and the pressure to keep it together, even when they're running on empty.
From the outside, life may look “fine.” On the inside, many moms feel stretched thin, reactive, and disconnected from who they actually are.
If that sounds familiar... you’re not alone. And you don’t need more willpower or another strategy to push through.
You need support. The kind that lets you slow down, feel heard, and put some of the weight down, without judgment or expectations.
Being a good mom shouldn't require losing yourself.

This is not a workshop, an "instagrammable event," or a mom meetup. It's an invitation to slow down.
What We Offer-
What to Expect
-
A warm, welcoming environment
-
Guided connection with other moms
-
Supportive conversation focused on what’s been weighing on you
-
At least one meaningful insight or “aha” moment you can carry into daily life
You don't have to get dressed up or prepare. You don't even have to talk if you don’t want to. Just show up as you are.
Moms Often Leave Feeling:
-
Lighter and more supported
-
Clearer about what they need in this season
-
Less reactive and more grounded at home
-
Reconnected to themselves
-
Reminded they’re not doing this alone
You won’t leave with more to do. You’ll leave with more capacity.
It's not therapy... but it feels therapeutic.
Without support, it’s easy to stay stuck in survival mode... pushing through exhaustion, snapping when depleted, and starting over again the next day.
With support, everything feels more manageable. You show up with more calm and patience... not because you’re trying harder, but because you’re carrying less.
Whether you’re parenting toddlers, school-age kids, or teens... you’re welcome here.
Sometimes the most meaningful change starts with one intentional pause.
If you’ve been thinking, “I really need this,” you’re probably right.

Led by a Licensed Therapist & Mom Coach
Vanessa De Jesus Guzman, LPC, NCC
I've created this experience because I get it from both sides.
Professionally, I've spent over 20 years of experience supporting moms, children, and families, and I've seen what happens when moms don't get support of their own.
Personally, I'm the mom to a tween son, toddler daughter, and a goldendoodle! I know what it means to parent differently than the way you were parented, while running a household and trying not to lose yourself in the process.
I bring a warm, practical and culturally aware approach to everything I do. My goal is to help moms step off autopilot and move toward more intentional living, using tools that actually fit real life.
